Examples of how we can support you include:

• Independently facilitate and coordinate the periodic Thorough Review Programme, ensuring key stakeholders are engaged at the earliest opportunity.

• Organise and coordinate Material Change updates.

• Work with the various Performance Standard Owners and responsible engineers to ensure the content of the Safety Case remains accurate at all times and these key documents are continuously improved to ensure accurate and relevant content.

• Work closely with the Lead Safety Engineer (or other nominated person) to ensure hazard management information remains valid.

• Conduct high level desktop review of the QRA and conduct formal review meetings to confirm the validity of the methods and assumptions used.

• High level review of main Safety Case supporting safety studies to determine validity with current operations.

• Ensure a robust workforce engagement process for all Safety Case updates, allowing sufficient time to receive and review feedback.

• Provide technical expertise in the development and submission of the Safety Case to ensure compliance with the required Relevant Statutory Provisions and supporting guidance.

• Provide technical expertise in developing any necessary responses to any Non-Acceptance Issues (NAIs) raised by the regulator following submission of the Safety Case.

• Carry out Gap Assessments of existing Safety Case against regulatory requirements, industry guidance and company procedures and standards and provide an action plan to close out any gaps.
